Customers who choose to pay by credit card agree to pay any applicable processing fees associated with the transaction. These fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of payment and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Billing & Late Payments

Payments are due on the agreed billing date. Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees, restricted access, or termination of your storage agreement in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Access & Security

Customers are provided with personalized gate access codes for entry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code. Compass Point RV & Boat Storage is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised codes.
While we provide security measures such as gated access and surveillance cameras, we do not guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to stored property.

6. Use of Facility

Customers agree to use the facility only for lawful storage purposes. Hazardous materials, illegal items, or activities are strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Compass Point RV & Boat Storage shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facility or website.
